Fantastic Customer Service

Dear Susi, I just wanna say thank you very much for your non-stop assistance throughout. I really appreciate it. Your tour guides in both Venice and Paris were simply world-class. They were such experts at their job and very kind. Lucia, Paola, Alessandro and Ghislaine really made my trip unforgettable. They were all very professional, intelligent, helpful and kind. Thank you for choosing them for me. Rive and Patrice, my drivers in Paris, were absolutely amazing too. Thank you, Susi, for helping me, especially earlier at hotel check-out. I hope I save enough money soon for another trip, and I look forward to working with you again. Thanks a lot, and God bless you.
