DAY 1

Why not visit the impressive Basilica of Sacré Coeur, standing atop the hill of Montmartre and offering splendid views across the city of Paris – all the more impressive at night. Overnight Paris.

DAY 2

Discover Paris, the world’s capital of fashion & style, with a local tour guide and admire its most famous sights such as the Opera, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and many more. For a birds eye view of the city, take an elevator up Paris’ most famous landmark, the Eiffel Tower. Visit the Chapelle de la Medaille Miraculeuse and pray before the incorrupt body of St Catherine Labouré. Experience a cruise on the River Seine and appreciate the glorious sights of the city from the water. Disembark to visit the Cathedral of Notre Dame, one of the finest examples of Gothic religious architecture in France. Overnight Paris.

DAY 3

A real treat awaits you today as you leave the city behind and travel out to the Palace of Versailles. This triumph of 17th and 18th Century French architecture has an incredibly rich history, not least for being the home of one of France’s most fascinating figures – Marie Antoinette. Visit the Grand Apartments, the Hall of Mirrors and the extensive gardens. From here, visit the One Nation Designer Outlet en route back to Paris where the rest of your day is free for more shopping or leisure time.

DAY 4

This morning join the TGV high speed train, the fastest train service in the world which will whisk you across the length of France to Lourdes in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. On arrival transfer by coach to your hotel. After check in enjoy free time and join the evening procession if you wish. Overnight Lourdes.

DAY 5

Enjoy a half day guided tour of Lourdes including the Grotto, Basilicas and Sanctuaries. Immerse yourself in the bath’s healing waters. Visit the House of St Bernadette. Afternoon free for your own private devotions in Lourdes. Overnight Lourdes.

DAY 6

Appreciate the stunning scenery as your coach takes you across the majestic Pyrenees Mountains. Stop en route for lunch and shopping opportunities in the tiny country of Andorra before entering Spain and arriving in Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, best known for its art, architecture and football team. Overnight Barcelona.

DAY 7

Enjoy a full day tour of the must see historic sights Barcelona is famous for. Meander through the maze of medieval streets in the Gothic Quarter and soak up the unique architecture of the 15th century buildings including the impressive Barcelona Cathedral.  The tour includes a guided visit of Gaudi’s famous  Sagrada Familia cathedral and the Park Guell, also designed by Gaudi and a  UNESCO World Heritage site. Overnight Barcelona.

DAY 8

Your morning is dedicated to visiting the world famous monastery of Montserrat, dramatically perched high on a rocky outcrop with stunning views of the surrounding country.  Explore the monastery and see the carving of the Black Madonna here before continuing for an afternoon of shopping at La Roca Village Designer Outlet, home to premium fashion and homeware brands at reduced prices. Overnight Barcelona.

DAY 9

Our morning starts with a pleasant drive through the Penedes winelands and on to Zaragoza to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar. After lunch continue to Madrid.  Overnight Madrid.
